Through a combination of Consultancy, Training Courses, Text Books and Software, we are able to help all, no matter their budget. We created the first staff scheduling software that wasn’t a database in the world. Designed to create a shift operation no matter what the specification. Common problem areas include avoiding high Overtime and covering for Holidays and Sickness. In 2008 we published the first Shift Pattern Text Book. How to Manage Your Shift Pattern: Holidays and Absence which explains the problems with absence and gives solutions so they don’t affect the operation. Our experience can help analyse your workload, predict future variations and convert this into a tailor-made shift pattern to ensure that you always have the staff available when and where you need them.
