Golden Days allows you to roster people for more hours than their contracted hours. This is especially useful for companies with low contracted hours and as a way to give employees more holidays.
Contract 37.5hrs/week, working hours 40hrs/week, simply give them 17 Golden Days to rectify their Annual Hours
