Holidays Included

The ideal way to organise your staff's holiday is with a Holidays Included Shift Pattern. A holidays included shift pattern takes all of the staff's holiday and rosters them off in turn as part of the shift pattern.

Now some people may think this is unfair, that the staff have no say in when they take their holiday, it's like taking away their freedom. But this is not the case.

The holidays are spread out evenly throughout the year to ensure everyone gets good quality time off with no favouritism. Once staff have experienced a holidays included shift pattern they never want to go back to the holidays excluded system.
