Operational Research

You can always be more efficient

Operational Research is all about using analysis to improve decision making. Dr Angela Moore uses mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, optimisation, sequencing and scheduling techniques to create simple heuristics you can employ to run your operation more efficiently.

Like so many people out there, life must go on and work never stops. That's why this Coronavirus is not stopping our work. We are committed to providing a service to our clients and protecting the safety and wellbeing of the country.

We already had procedures in place to handle this lockdown. We are used to remote working as many of our clients are from overseas. We had already embarked on an on-line learning platform to teach our clients about shift working. This means that no matter where you are in the world, you can still learn from our experience and develop shift patterns to match your business needs. We are continually updating and increasing our video library and already have embarked on a Coronavirus course to help businesses struggling to meet their unprecedented demand levels. Our clients are stuck in the situation of either suddenly being overwhelmed by demand or have no demand at all because of the lockdown.

If your business is struggling to match your new demand profile, we can help, either with designing emergency shift patterns to match the workload for the next few months or by assisting in redesigning your operation for the next year. Now is the perfect time to implement changes to your operation so that your operation is more flexible in the future and can meet changes to your demand quickly and efficiently.
